Central Plantation Crops Research Institute (CPCRI) was established in 1970 as one of the agricultural research institutes in the National Agricultural Research System (NARS) under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). The Institute had the mandate to undertake research on coconut, arecanut, cocoa, cashew, oil palm and spices at the time of establishment. The research on cashew, oil palm and spices were later delinked from CPCRI to form separate institutes.
ICAR-CENTRAL PLANTATION CROPS RESEARCH INSTITUTE invites applications for the following post on project entitled “Enhancing the economic viability of Coconut based land use systems for Land Use Planning in Kerala State”
No. of Vacancies : 01 Post
Remuneration : Rs 8,000/- + HRA (as applicable) per month
Qualifications : Diploma in Agriculture/B.Sc in Chemistry/Biochemistry.
Desirable : Proficiency in the use of Computer (MS Office)
Age limit : Below 30 years (for men) and 35 years (for women) as on the date of interview
