Delhi Jal Board (DJB) is the government agency responsible for supply of potable water to the most of the National Capital Territory region of Delhi, India.  Delhi Jal Board was constituted through an Act of Delhi Legislative Assembly on 6th April 1998. It has been meeting the needs of potable water in the NationalCapital Territory of delhi for more than five decades. Delhi Jal Board has been able to supply pure and wholesome filtered water to the capital city of India which has grown phenomally to the present population of more than 160 lakh.

Applications are invited from Engineers having Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or its equivalent for engagement of Junior Engineer (E&M) in Delhi Jal Board on contractual basis

Junior Engineer (Electrical/ Mechanical)
Number of Vacancies : 13 posts (UR-10, SC-3)
Pay Scale : Rs.17758/- per month consolidated
Qualifications : Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution or its equivalent
Age limit : 18-27 years.

Application alongwith attested copies of Certificates with Marksheets and other relevant documents must reach to The Assistant Commissioner (T), Delhi Jal Board, Room No. 212, Varunalaya Phase-II, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005 on or before 05.03.2012 upto 4:00 p.m. Candidates can also drop the application in a drop box at reception counter Delhi Jal Board, Varunlaya Phase-II, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-110005.

Note:- Applications should be furnished as per prescribed format. The envelops should be marked in bold as “APP – JE(E&M)-Contract”.
