Department of Science & Technology (DST) was established in May 1971, with the objective of promoting new areas of Science & Technology and to play the role of a nodal department for organising, coordinating and promoting S&T activities in the country.
Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up four posts of Scientist ‘C’ and one post of Scientist ‘F’ on direct recruitment basis in the Department of Science & Technology as per details given below :
- Scientist C : 04 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.6600/-
- Scientist F : 01 post, Pay Scale : Rs.37400-67000 grade pay Rs.8900/-

Application in the prescribed format should be send in prescribed format to Under Secretary (Rectt.), Department of Science and Technology, Technology Bhavan, New Mehrauli Road, New Delhi – 110016 on or before within 30 days. i.e. upto 14/08/2011.
