The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode (IIMK) is one of the 13 Indian Institutes of Management set up by the Government of India. The Institute founded in 1996 in collaboration with the State Government of Kerala was the 5th IIM to be established. The Institute conducts a full range of academic activities in the field of management education covering research, teaching, and training, consulting and intellectual infrastructure development. The Institute emphasizes development of analytical skills and a focus on global and cross-cultural issues with a balance between business demands and social concerns.
Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode invites candidates for Walk-in- Screening Test/ Interview for empanelment as Teaching Assistant on contract in the following functional areas;
Teaching Assistant
Consolidated monthly Remuneration : 10,000/-
Maximum Age Limit : 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST, 03 years for OBC Non-creamy layer)
Teaching Assistant on contract in the following functional areas
Economics – MA Economics / MBA /M.Phil (Economics) / Ph.D(Economics)
Finance – MBA(Specialization in Finance) or CA or ICWAI or M.Com
Humanities & Liberal Arts – M.A(English/Sociology/Psychology)MSW/MBA
IT & Systems – M.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or B.Tech/B.E(Computer Science/Information Technology)
Marketing – MBA (Specialization in Marketing)
Organizational Behaviour & Human Resource – MBA (Specialization in OB &HR)
Quantitative Methods & Operations Management – MBA / B.Tech (Production/Industrial/Mechanical) or M.Sc Mathematics / Statistics
Strategy – MBA (Specialization in Strategic Management)
How to apply:
Qualified and interested candidates should appear Walk-in- Screening Test/ Interview to be held at 09.45 AM on 28th May, 2012 at IIMK Campus along with filled-in application, self- attested photocopies of certificates (SSLC, MA/MBA/B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.Phil/M.Sc mark sheets and Certificates, Community Certificate for SC/ST/OBC) and original certificates. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing Walk-in-Screening Test/Interview. Interim queries will not be attended to. Decision of the Director, IIMK regarding the selection will be final.
