International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER)
International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER) is a step towards future production of electricity from fusion energy. ITER will produce at least ten times more thermal energy than the energy required to operate it, which can be converted to electricity in future power producing reactors based on fusion.
The Institute for Plasma Research is a premier scientific institute under the Department of Atomic Energy; Govt. of India. ITER-India wishes to appoint Engineers in the following areas/disciplines :
Engineers : 10 posts (Mechanical-8, Electrical-1, RF/MW Engineer-1), Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100 grade pay Rs.5400, Age : 35 years
