National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM)
National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management (NIFTEM) is an apex world class institute of global standards in Food science & Technology. NIFTEM is being set up by the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Govt. of India. The Institute will cater to the needs of entrepreneurs, industry, exporters, policy makers, the government and the existing institutions.
National Institute For Food Technology & Entrepreneurship Management invites applications for the following posts:
Professor
Number of Vacancies : 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP of 10,000
Educational Qualification: An eminent scholar with PhD qualification and published work of high quality actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and /or research/policy papers in indexed / ISBN / ISSN numbered journals and as ISBN/ISSN numbered books.
Age Limit: 60 years
Associate Professor
Number of Vacancies : 05 (Five) Post
Pay Scale: 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP of 9,000
Qualification: Good academic record with a PhD degree in the concerned or allied disciplines.
Age Limit: 50 years
Assistant Professor
Number of Vacancies : 12 (Twelve) Post
Pay Scale: 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP of 6,000
Qualification: Good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade where grading system is practiced at the Master’s degree level in the relevant subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
Age Limit: 40 years
Controller of Examination
Number of Vacancies : 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP of 10,000
Qualification: A Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade. At least 15 years of experience as Lecturer/ Reader of which 8 years should be Readers grade with experience in educational administration. Or Comparable experience in research establishments and other institutions of higher education. Or 15 years of administrative experience out of which eight years as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Age Limit: 55 years
Dy. Controller (Finance & Accounts)
Number of Vacancies : 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: 15,600 – 39,100 + AGP of 7,600
Qualification: M.com with MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute or Chartered Accountant/ ICWA. Having 10 years experience in handling Finance & Accounts matters in a Central/ State Govt./ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs/ Universities/Central / State Govt. Institutions and other educational & Research Institutions.
Age Limit: 45 years
