National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR)
The National Institute of Plant Genome Research (formerly known as National Centre for Plant Genome Research) is an autonomous institution of the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. This Institute has already placed India among the major contributors to plant genomics. Genomics research is providing bridges between different branches of natural sciences and as a result it has seen logarithmic growth over last two decades.
National Institute of Plant Genome Research invites applications for the following posts:
Management Assistant
Number of Vacancies: 02 (Two) Post
Pay Scale: 9,300-34,800 Grade Pay 4,600
Educational Qualification: Graduate with minimum 5 years experience in the pre-revised scale of pay of ` 5,500-175-9,000 (revised pay band – 2 of ` 9,300-34,800 with GP of ` 4,200) or equivalent having the knowledge of administration / finance and accounts matters / establishment / stores & purchase/ house keeping jobs etc.
Age Limit: 30 years
Junior Engineer (Electrical)
Number of Vacancies: 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: 9,300-34,800 Grade Pay 4,200
Educational Qualification: Intermediate plus three year Diploma in Engineering Technology (Electrical) with 3 years experience OR AMIE OR Degree in Engineering (Electrical).
Age Limit: 30 years
Technician – II
Number of Vacancies: 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: 5,200-20,200 Grade Pay 2,000
Educational Qualification: a) Matriculate with Science plus 3 years experience in R & D laboratory or Diploma in Medical Lab Technology Course OR b) Matric with ITI Certificate in respective trade with 3 years experience in the respective trade in a reputed lab/industrial establishment including apprenticeship in a recognized workshop
Age Limit: 30 years
Consultant Engineer
Number of Vacancies: 01 (One) Post
Pay Scale: Consolidated salary and on contract basis as per experience in the relevant field and norms
Educational Qualification: Retired as an engineer of CPWD or any other Central / State / Autonomous Body with relevant experience as Site Engineer to oversee Civil/Electrical/AC & Refrigeration, maintenance and other works.
Age Limit: 30 years
