National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) – Recognizing the importance of Health in the process of economic and social development and improving the quality of life of our citizens, the Government of India has resolved to launch the National Rural Health Mission to carry out necessary architectural correction in the basic health care delivery system.The National Rural Health Mission (2005-2012) seeks to provide effective healthcare to rural population throughout the country with special focus on 18 states, which have weak public health indicators and/or weak infrastructure. The State Health Society under NRHM invites online applications from eligible candidates on the prescribed proforma for filling up the posts on contractual basis for Integrated Disease surveillance Project in State of Punjab.

No. of Vacancies : 51 Posts (ST-26,SC-16,UR-9)
Monthly Remuneration : Rs 11,770/- p.m
Qualificaitons : Passed in General Nursing & Midwife/BSc. Nursing from any 3 Govt. Nursing Schools of 3 Medical Colleges / School of Nursing MCL Talcher / IGH Rourkela or other recognized private institutions dully approved by NIC and must have registered in the Odisha nursing council.
Age limit : 21-32 years as on 01.10.2015
