Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research (SAMEER)
Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering and Research (SAMEER) was set up as an autonomous R & D laboratory at Mumbai under the then Department of Electronics, Government of India with a broad mandate to undertake R & D work in the areas of Microwave Engineering and Electromagnetic Engineering Technology. It is an offshoot of the special microwave products unit (SMPU) set up in 1977 at the TATA INSTITUTE OF FUNDAMENTAL RESEARCH (TIFR), Mumbai. SAMEER, Mumbai was setup in 1984.
SAMEER invites application for following posts on contract basis for a period of 2 years from eligible candidates :
- Research Scientist Electronics : 04 posts, Pay : Consolidated pay of Rs.21600/- per month and Rs.1000/- as annual increment.
- Project Assistant (Mechanical) : 02 posts, Pay : Consolidated pay of Rs.10470/- per month and Rs.700/- per year as annual increment.
- Project Technician (Mechanical) : 02 posts, Pay :Consolidated pay of Rs.7230/- per month and Rs.500/- per year as annual increment.
