Central Building Research Institute (CBRI)
The Central Building Research Institute, Roorkee, India, has been vested with the responsibility of generating, cultivating and promoting building science and technology in the service of the country. Since it’s inception in 1947, the Institute has been assisting the building construction and building material industries in finding timely, appropriate and economical solutions to the problems of materials, rural and urban housing, energy conservation, efficiency, fire hazards, structural and foundation problems and disaster mitigation.
CBRI invites applications from Indian Nationals, who are young, dynamic, self-motivated, talented and experienced with adequate leadership qualities for under-mentioned posts :
Scientists
Number of vacancies : 20 Posts (UR-10, SC-03, OBC-05, ST-02)
Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600
Upper Age : 32 Years (relaxable as per rules)
Fee : Rs.100/- (US $25 for candidates applying from abroad) in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, CBRI payable at State Bank of India (Code No.10635), CBRI Branch, Roorkee. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women/ Ex-SM/ CSIR Employees.
