Indian Institute of Management Tiruchirappalli (IIM-Trichy) is one of the seven Indian Institutes of Management the government is setting up during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.  Inaugurated on January 4, 2011, it is the eleventh Indian Institute of Management in the country, and it is mentored by IIM Bangalore. Classes for the first batch began on June 15 2011. IIM-Trichy offers a two-year full-time post-graduate programme in Management. Its main objective is to develop young men and women into competent professional managers, capable of working in any sector of organized activity, proceeding leadership and achieving excellence in performance while contributing to the welfare of the larger society. Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak better known as IIM Rohtak , is located in Rohtak, Haryana. Rohtak  is a municipal council located in Rohtak District in the state of Haryana, India  on N.H. 10, 71 km from Delhi. IIM Rohtak is amongst the seven new IIMs that were approved by the Union Cabinet on August 27, 2009. Incidentally it is also North India’s first IIM. The institute is being mentored by IIM Lucknow in its formative years. The current faculty in charge of the academic programme consists primarily of senior faculty from IIM Lucknow as well as from its Noida Campus.
